REGISTER WITH M A FRUITY HOME

HOW DO I REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITH M A FRUITY HOME?
Please register by the clicking on the "CREATE ACCOUNT" link at the corner of our homepage.You can review the terms and conditions and provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT MODES?
All purchases are made online via Credit or Debit Card ( online banking ) Visa, MasterCard etc are all accepted. 

WHAT IS MEMBER ACCOUNT?
Member Account can be accessed after sucessfully registered to M A FRUITY HOME  and allows you to track your orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details. 

IS THERE ANY  CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS?
Yes, The Cut-Off time for next day deliveries are to be placed before 7pm. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY DAYS?
We deliver from Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays. 

HOW CUSTOMER CAN CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE ORDERS?
Your orders will be confirm upon the payment made and checkout from the cart. Our Operation Team will provide the status of the delivery 1-2 hours prior to the delivery.(by email id)

WHEN CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE THE ORDER / DELIVERY?
Delivery of fruits is scheduled based on the selection of a time slot. There will be notification 1- 2 hours prior to the delivery via some form of communication – WhatsApp or phone calls by our delivery team. 

IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
The delivery fee is subject to the postcode and ranges from RM7 to RM65. The charges are based on the predefined postcodes stated below 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DELIVERY GETS DELAYED?
Our sales team will keep you posted about your delivery 1 hour prior to delivery.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Not at the moment as all deliveries are scheduled. We may do the ‘Same day delivery’ in future.  

WHAT IF YOUR FRUITS ARRIVE DAMAGED / BRUISED / NOT FRESH.
Please take picture of fruits and let us know within the next 3 hours after the delivery.  

HOW WILL THE CUSTOMER GET THE REFUND IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION OR RETURN?
The amount will be transferred back to your bank account within 3 working days.

WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IS PRICE FOR THE SAME FRUITS ORDERED ON DIFFERENT DAYS?
Due to market fluctuation, prices may vary, But no worries, we will provide you with the best competitive pricing.

DUE TO SEASONALITY, THE FRUITS RECEIVED MAY NOT BE 100% TRUE TO PICTURE, SLIGHT DISCOLOURATION COULD BE FOUND BUT THE FRUITS ARE STILL PERFECT FOR CONSUMPTION
